Preceptorship program was started by ILADS to give physicians a
hands-on training of the diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease in
Lyme literate doctors’ offices. The program is underwritten by a
grant from Turn the Corner Foundation. To apply, first decide which
category you fit into, complete the application, and return to ILADS.
The form may be mailed to the ILADS office or faxed to 301-263-0776.
